Teleshopping is made subject to virtually the same rules as advertising. The one-hour per day limit for teleshopping is cancelled. The total duration of teleshopping may not exceed 3 hours per day. What is your opinion about teleshopping?
I don't see a problem in teleshopping. Some people would like to shop in this way, I still prefer going to the shop and having a look at what I'm buying.
There must be some rules about usage of mediaspace. It can't be that television only can be used for commercial purposes. There must be enough time for news, cultural programs, films, etc. So limiting the number of hours of teleshoping is a very good case. One also has to look after the quality of what's broadcasted. I don't think that phone games, dating services, etc. add value.
