May we remind you that this is a trial project, funded by the European Commission.
During Autumn of 2009 a few VEP activities where organized in Lulea, Flanders and Catalunya. The objective of those activities was to gather topics for the mega conference and mobilize young people and test different VEP approaches. In parallel the communication with Members of the European Parliament was reinitiated.
Before the event young citizens can prepare their questions and suggestions concerning the topic on which juridical solutions might rise up. Questions will also be used from the suggestions coming from the Members of the European Parliament beforehand. The Parliamentarians from the 3 regions present in the video discussion will give their feedback and ideas about the discussion topic.
Out of the VEP activities in each region, one topic is selected to be discussed at the Mega Conference. Out of the online voting from the 3 regions, the most interesting topic for the video discussion will be determined.
Members who participate in run-time can use their webcam, the voice function or the chat box to express their opinion and to participate in the debate between Lulea, Flanders and Catalunya.
During the video discussion:
Last but not least... when you join the meeting you will have the chance to win incentives like an iPhone 3GS, cinema tickets and more.
Thank you for participating!
